What "sugar-free" means here
Each Aftervera stick has 0 g sugar. Instead of sugar, we use a small amount of stevia and monk fruit for a light sweetness. That keeps each stick at roughly 5–10 calories.
Many classic sports drinks and hydration mixes use sugar to make them taste good. That can make sense for long, hard workouts. For everyday sipping at a desk, at home or on a walk, plenty of people would rather skip it.
Two sugar-free mixes, two moods
Ease, Lemon Ginger. A soft, mild mix with 300–400 mg sodium per stick and a gentle ginger warmth. Light, warm and easy to sip, for slower days.*
Daily, Wild Berry. 400–500 mg sodium and 300–400 mg potassium per stick, plus B vitamins that support normal energy metabolism.* Bright and light, for busy days.*
Both are caffeine-free. Amounts shown as ranges are draft values pending manufacturer formulation and testing.
Powder or ready-to-drink?
A powder in a stick pack is light to carry, keeps in a bag or desk drawer, and lets you choose how much water to mix with. Stir one stick into 12–16 oz of water. Enjoy up to 2 sticks a day, and no more than 2 in 24 hours.
How to tell if a sugar-free mix is right for you
Read the label for three things: the sugar line (0 g is what you want here), the sodium amount, and the sweetener. If you watch your sodium intake or have a health condition, check with your healthcare provider first.
