Aftervera began with a simple observation. People on a weight-loss journey are doing something brave, and the everyday parts of that journey often go unnoticed. Water gets forgotten. Some days you just want something gentle.

Our name joins two words: after, and vera, Latin for "true."

We believe the journey isn't about becoming someone new. It's about making room for the person who was always there.
